The Ring Is Only the Beginning.

LifeRing™ is an AI health intelligence platform — D.O., your AI Health Assistant, reading your body around the clock and guiding you in plain language. The ring is the complimentary hardware that makes it possible: a sensor included with the software, not the product itself.

D.O. — your AI Health Assistant. Not a doctor, not a sales bot: a guide that reads with you.

The structural logic

What you feel each day — your energy, your mood, how quickly you bounce back — is the visible output of a system running underneath: sleep architecture, autonomic balance, circulation, cellular repair. By the time it shows up as how you feel, the pattern has usually been shifting for days.

D.O. reads that system directly, through the ring's continuous signal — sleep architecture, autonomic balance, circulation, cellular repair — and surfaces a shift long before it becomes how you feel.

What it reads

The ring is the sensor. D.O. is what reads it — nine systems, tracked continuously and set against your own baseline, not a population average.

Heart rate variability

A read on how well your nervous system is recovering, not just how hard it has been working.

Resting heart rate

A quiet baseline that tends to shift before fatigue or illness catch up with how you feel.

Blood oxygen (SpO₂)

Nighttime dips can point to how restorative your sleep actually was.

Skin temperature trend

Small shifts here often move before you would notice feeling off.

Sleep stages & quality

Time asleep and time spent recovering are not the same thing — this shows the difference.

Activity & movement

Context for every other reading — recovery only means something measured against a load.

Stress balance

Where your day is drawing down your reserve, and where it is giving it back.

VO₂ max & fitness age

A longer view of where your fitness is heading, not just how today’s session went.

Women's cycle tracking

Baselines that move with your cycle, read in that context instead of against a flat average.

How it works

Five steps, but only one you have to think about — put it on. D.O. and the ring handle the rest.

  1. Wear it

Continuous, passive readings from the included ring — no buttons, no daily check-ins.

The ring that ships with LifeRing.Ai sits on your finger like a normal ring — no straps, no daily charging routine to remember. Up to 5 days of battery on typical use, with a full charge in about 45 minutes, means it keeps feeding D.O. through your day and night without asking anything of you.

  2. Build your baseline

Your data is normalised to you, not to others.

In the first stretch of wear, LifeRing learns what's normal for you specifically — your resting heart rate, your usual sleep architecture, how you recover from a hard day. Every reading after that is judged against that baseline, not a population average.

  3. Notice the shift

Small deviations surface as trends before you feel them.

Heart rate variability, resting heart rate, skin temperature, sleep quality — small movements in any of these against your own baseline often show up before you'd notice feeling different. LifeRing surfaces the pattern as a trend, while there's still time to act on it.

  4. The apps analyse it

Your companion apps interpret the pattern in full context.

lifering.ai turns continuous reading into understanding — a daily state score, detailed reports for every system LifeRing tracks, sleep broken into stages, and trends set against your own baseline. The coaching underneath is built on Malaysian and regional food and lifestyle patterns, not adapted from a Western default.

  5. Adjust

A plan that changes as your data actually changes.

Training load, stress, sleep debt, your cycle — your baseline moves with all of it, and your plan moves with your baseline. Recommendations are recalculated against what your data shows right now, not a fixed weekly template.

Hi, I’m D.O. How are you feeling today?

lifering.ai · D.O.’s interface

D.O., your AI Health Assistant, built by professionals across sleep, hormones, and nutrition — trained on how Malaysia actually lives.

D.O. is what you actually talk to. The ring just feeds it data; the platform is what you experience every day. Behind it, the algorithm is set by a multidisciplinary team, not a single formula, and the coaching it gives is built on Malaysian and regional food and lifestyle patterns rather than a Western default. Ask it anything, in plain language, through a simple chat.

Professional support

The ring quietly records what is happening. D.O. reads it back to you in plain language. And when a trend deserves a second opinion, there are people behind it — pharmacists, medical doctors, and longevity and lifestyle practitioners who work with the same readings you are looking at.

They are not there to diagnose. They are there so that understanding your own body never has to stop at a chart. Meet the practitioners.

  • Your data lives in a system built and hosted separately from your DERMORIGIN account.
  • Only you can see it, unless you choose to share it — with a coach, or with someone outside LifeRing.
  • It is never sold, and never shared with advertisers.
  • You can export everything LifeRing has read about you, in full, at any time.
  • You can delete your account and everything tied to it, permanently, whenever you choose.

Frequently asked questions

Is LifeRing a medical device?

No. LifeRing is a wellness device. It surfaces trends, baselines, and risk indicators from your data — it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If something feels persistently off, talk to a clinician.

How accurate is it compared with a smartwatch?

A ring sits closer to the skin with a steadier, more motion-free contact point than a wrist, which tends to produce a cleaner signal for heart rate, HRV, and blood oxygen. Accuracy still depends on getting the fit right.

Does it work while charging?

No. Readings pause while LifeRing sits in its charging case, which is why the case is built for a short daily top-up rather than an overnight charge.

Is it a subscription or a one-time purchase?

LifeRing.Ai is built as a software subscription, with the ring shipped as complimentary hardware rather than sold on its own. Exact pricing is still to be confirmed.

Who reviews my data?

D.O. reads it. No person reviews it unless you choose to share it with one — for example, with a clinician of your own.

Does it understand local food and lifestyle?

Yes. The nutrition and lifestyle coaching is built on Malaysian and regional food and lifestyle data — hawker meals, home cooking, and the routines of daily life here — not adapted from a Western default.

What is it made of, and are there allergy considerations?

Ring body material and any known sensitivities to confirm before this goes live.

Better State. Better Life.
